Problem with Assign Applications

Hi. When I go to Assign Applications, only four of the 24 programs from my desktop are displayed. How can I get all of the applications and folders to show so I can assign some to alternate desktops?

Start one of the applications and click on 'Refresh' in the Assign Applications window. Or click on 'Add' to browse for programs manually.
