desktop items won't show on all desktops

is it possible to have all desktop items (Recycle Bin, Folders, Apps and so on) showing up on all desktops?
on desktops 2,3,4 i can press f5 to refresh and all items are visible. after 2 secs they all move out to the screen to the left???
im confused, is there setting for this behavior?

Go to "Settings > Switching Desktops" and make sure "Customize desktop icons" is disabled.
