Assigning Applications to Specific Monitors on a desktop?

I've searched but cannot seem to find an answer to my question.

Is it possible to create a rule that can move an application window to a specific monitor? (I have a three monitor set up.)

No, that's not possible with Dexpot, but other tools (e.g. DisplayFusion) can do it.
