How to address positions on virtual desktops?

I have a 3rd party program that sends screens from my desktop to my iPad.
I want to use a virtual desktop to transfer the small screens (3) from.
But is it possible in Dexpot to adress these screens by postions as if it was an extension of my original desktop?
My original desktop is 1920x1080 and most screens sent to the iPad would be 300x300.
So can I e.g. address a single screen in the 3rd party program setup as starting from x = 1921 and y = 0 ?
