The batch file starts but doesn't run? Not sure how that's supposed to work. But do you actually need the batch file? Can't you just put the command from the batch file directly into the start-up field?

*Here*
@ECHO OFF
SET BINDIR=%~dp0
CD /D "%BINDIR%"
java -Xmx1024M -Xms502M -jar craftbukkit.jar nogui
PAUSE
[The cmd screen just appears but doesn't run those commands automatically until i switch to that desktop - which called Desktop 2]
So i just use Dexpot as a newbie...

Ok, I tried it and it works fine here. I downloaded Bukkit, created the batch file, added it to the start-up for Desktop 2 with event "Dexpot start". When I now start Dexpot, the batch file opens, is moved to Desktop 2 and continues to run there. When I switch to Desktop 2, the Bukkit server is already running.
This is on Windows 8.1 with Dexpot 1.6.10 Build 2373.

Really? That sounds good. I set it "first entry", but you set "Dexpot start". Is that a cause of problem ?
If not, tell me instruction

"First entry" means it's not started until you switch to Desktop 2 the first time. So yes, you have to use "Dexpot start".
