Full-screen switching buggy

In the latest version, when trying to switch using full-screen preview with predefined key, the animation is buggy and the active windows stays and covers the full screen preview.
I experience this as well.
Not only does the main screen 'stay', but also sometimes when I spread all the windows on a desktop and click on one, it won't come to the foreground! Sometimes doing it again will work, but other times no matter how many times I do this it won't come to the front. A way get around this is to WIN+D to show the desktop, then click on the application in the taskbar... very frustrating.
