How to remove icon from menu start

I want to remove this icon, but i cant find that option in settings. Can someone help me ?
Right-click > Close window.

Under "Settings > Appearance" you can set the tray icon mode to "One icon per desktop" to get quick access tray icons for all desktops. Is that what you mean?
