Desktop preview not showing activity?

Hi,

I want to use the Desktop Preview window to view activity on my other desktops (videos playing in VLC, game clients, Youtube, etc) but it's only showing an icon for whichever window is in the foreground - not the content of the window.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Nothing. It's supposed to work like that. Only the Full-screen preview has live window content.

Bummer. That was the whole reason I downloaded Dexpot. Is there a plugin or any other way of having PiP-like windows that allow me to view other desktops?

Windows AERO peek sort of does this, but it doesn't allow a compact window like the Desktop Preview or hotkey swapping between programs.
