Seemingly at random it will move further up the taskbar to the extent that it obscures the list of open applications. It resets to where it should be when a new application opens up on the taskbar.

Windows 8 64-bit. Latest Dexpot. The start button is from Start8. The taskbar as you can see is in the left-hand side of my monitor. It's set to auto-hide. That's all I can think of that could be relevant

Ahh, I didn't realise that was the same issue. I've used that executable for a day or so and it seems to have resolved the issue

It's just happened again i.e. as it turns out it didn't work.

Yeah so this is still happening. Any other fixes to try?

We're no longer able to reproduce the issue. Is there any pattern to when this occurs?

I'll see if I notice one next time it happens. Thus far it seems quite sporadic.

It doesn't happen every time but of the last few times I've spotted it having moved it's been right after playing a full screen game e.g. Tomb Raider, Max Payne 3, etc.

Just happened again after playing FTL in fullscreen. I think that's the issue narrowed down, at least somewhat.

I'm now 100% sure it only happens after playing games in full-screen on the same monitor that the taskbar is on. Any ETA for a fix or anything?

I don't know if it could be of any use but I have a crash dump from the taskbar pager from yesterday. Want it?
