Many, Many Issues

Hello all:
New here. I'm having serious issues with Dexpot. For one, I get error messages that are attached below, and are named by what action was taken to get them. After OK'ing or Cancel'ing my way through them I get a small stack of four icons on my taskbar. They all seem to show up correctly for what I have on my left monitor (I have a dual-monitor system), but whatever is on my right monitor is duplicated to all desktops.
Then when I go to right-click on settings on the system tray icon, it wants to search for some book.msi. Once I get past the cancels, I get settings, but all in German.
I simply don't know what to do. Does Dexpot not support more than one monitor? Do I simply need this booksomething.msi? I'm totally lost.
