Caps Lock Key causes switching of current focused window

This might be a minor annoyance on single occurrence, but a major headache when it happens every time, I hit a caps lock key while entering text in a Google Task edit box and focus will switches to another window.

This is Google's web based task list application. I used extensively to manage my to do list and project list.
If that url is linked to my personal view of Google Task, then try installing the Google Task add-on to Chrome browser, I duplicated the same problem.
This problem doesn't happen when I shut down dexpot.
This also happens to other webbased app. It seemed to be some sort of javascript based html in place editing. I can not recall now. The pattern seems to be HTML5's popup/in place editbox losing focus after hitting Caps Lock key.
With so many people using web based app and Chrome browsers, this becomes a major inhibitor for people to continue using dexpot on Windows.
Is there a way to tell dexpot to not capturing/processing the Caps Lock key, which should be for editing only, not to be used like ctrl, shift, alt, windows, or other modifier key.
Thanks,
George
