Icon arrangement is not preserved

I noticed that icon arrangement is sometimes not preserved after computer restart. When its booted some virtual desktop would have icons in default positions (as if someone would have sorted icons via windows desktop context menu).
It does not seem to be exclusive problem to one virtual desktop, had icons re-arranged on #1 and #3 desktop. I had a feeling it may have to do something with active desktop prior shutdown, however its just a feeling.
Below my settings and version (latest at the moment of writing)

Does it work if you

1. exit Dexpot manually before shutting down the computer
2. start Dexpot manually after login (disable the "Start with Windows" option in the Dexpot settings)
3. do both?
