Application doesn't stay on one virtual desktop

I load up the league of legends.exe file and it shows up on both virtual desktops instead of the one that i loaded it up on. I am using the latest version of dexpot and I have tried using the desktop manager as well as the application assign features but the league of legends window still shows up on both virtual desktops. Chrome and other applications are working fine it's just league of legends that's causing a problem.

I don't think that league of legends is the problem because league of legends worked fine with dexpot on my other laptop, this newer one though it loads up on both virtual desktops and I don't understand why.

can you please provide the *.log file and point to the time when the issue occurs?
Also, make sure this is not the case: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1848

Oh that was the case :9, i don't remember running as admin on my other laptop but i guess i did. Thanks a lot
