I have windows Vista home basic edition which doesn't support Aero theme. How can I use Dexpot without Aero theme.

What makes you think Vista Home Basic is not supported? You won't be able to use some of the fancier features, which need Aero, but other than that, Dexpot should run fine.

I'm not able to use full screen preview and windows catalog features

What exactly happens when you click on "Full-screen preview" in the Dexpot tray menu?
