Can I make dexpot apply rules when window's restores from system tray?

I have rules for apps that minimize to my system tray. When they open i want them to go to the desktop of my choosing. When first opening them they go to desktop 5 like i have set. After minimizing to tray and "restoring" them to a different desktop they do not go to desktop 5 automatically. I have to use the hot key window+f9.

Is there a way to make dexpot apply rules when it sees a restore from system tray, a window maximize or minimize. Kinda like scanning for new window titles and applying rules set for them.

No, rules only apply to newly created windows. You could try "Assign applications" to bind the program to desktop 5, in addition to the desktop rule.
