I have Spotify running on Desktop 2, and when I am working on Desktop 1 and Spotify decides to show it's ad the shadow appears on Desktop 1. Is there a way to make that appear on Desktop 2 where the Spotify application is live?

I have SpotifyShadow=ignore in my [Klasse] section of wechsel.ini AND mywechsel.ini.

Software versions:

• Dexpot 1.5.17 build 1991
• Spotify 0.8.3.222.g317ab79d (current Australian version)
• Windows 7 64bit

Only the shadow without the actual ad? Sounds like a Spotify bug?

You could try the new "application assignment" feature in Dexpot 1.6 Beta.
