Internet Explorer slow startup when Dexpot is running

Hi Dexpot,
As the title says, when I leave Dexpot running Internet Explorer takes a long time too start. I've made sure that I check the usual problems with IE, such as having no addons running. (With the addon free version of IE I have the same problem).
After testing I tried to close Dexpot and that completely solved the problem. Do you have any idea how I can fix it?
