Skype Assigned/Rules

Skype chat windows don't get moved to the desktop that skype was assigned to, they open up on the desktop that's active instead.

I suspect that the cause of the issue is that dexpot can't detect new chat windows because they start minimized.

The behavior is the same if I make a rule instead of assigning an application to the desktop.

Just to add: this only happens when you receive a message, not if you open a new chat window by yourself.

We've tried to reproduce the issue, but failed.

Windows 7, Skype 5.8.0.158
Skype window set to 'Compact view'.

Once you receive a new message, only the taskbar button pops up on the active desktop. If you click it, it disappears.
