Dexpot 'Refresh' problem

Hi! 
I'm a newbie to Dexpot, my problem is that when the auto-arrange is ON and I hit refresh on any of the profiles, they sort of synchronize! I don't want the Biology folder for example to display in the Chemistry Desktop! How to I keep Icons static to that desktop?
I even checked the whole "Edit Desktop icons' and I even followed you video about creating the additional button. Problem is that, if I refresh after putting an icon in the additional button it freaking comes back!
