I have Dexpot setup on my system with WallPaper Clock and Dexcube activated. I use Dexcube all the time for switching desktops (CTL-ALT-RIGHT & CTL-ALT-LEFT). Often, Dexcube acts as if it is confused and often does some combination of the following in rapid succession:

• Nothing happens for some seconds
• Switches to the new desktop, then immediately switches back
• Flips back to the new desktop, but not using dexcube animations
• Does a fast fade to the new desktop with no animation

Anyone else seen this? Known problem?

Another thing that it does is switch to the new desktop, but the desktop is blank. After a few seconds, it will refresh in one of the above ways. However, it may be several seconds before the refresh happens and I cannot seem to get Dexpot to respond in that time.

Interesting... Nobody seems to be running into this...

I do not realy have this behaviour, but I do not use Dexcube. Do you have teh same problem when Dexcube is switched of?

It could also be an issue with programs asking for focus and you have teh setting to switch to teh desktop of teh program asking for focus.
