Showing all open windows on all destops (taskbar)

Hi.
Firstly, a wonderful and extremely productive application.
However, I would like to know if it is possible to match the taskbar with the taskbar in all other desktops. By this I mean that if I have, say, firefox open on desktop 1, the taskbar shows that it is open only on taskbar 1. However, I would like it to show on all the desktops' taskbars. I would like this for all windows. Also, if I were to have firefox open on Desktop 1, and I click the taskbar icon in in Desktop 2, I want Dexpot to automatically switch to desktop 1.
Is this possible, and if so, how do i do it?
