Most Dexpot components don't support Unicode yet, so problems like this are to be expected. You could try selecting the Russian language file in the Dexpot settings and see whether that makes a difference.

Incorrect fonts:

1. Go to windows/system32, find file "С_1252.NLS" .
2. change ownership, rename to for example "С_12522.NLS".
3. Make copy of "С_1251.NLS"
4. Rename copy of "С_1251.NLS" to "С_1252.NLS"
5. Restart
