Crashing when switching screen resolution

Hey there,
I have a bug that I can recreate with a few steps. First, a bit about my configuration:
Windows 7 x64 SP1
More than enough power to run Dexpot
3 virtual desktops: 2x 1920x1080, 1 at 1280x720.
I use the Taskbar Pager.
ISSUE: Dexpot crashes when switching desktops set at different screen resolutions.
CAUSE:
Switching between any number of desktops at the default resolution of 1920x1080 is fine. However, switching from a 1920x1080 desktop to the 1280x720 desktop the Taskbar Pager disappears, and Dexpot crashes. Attempting to open the the settings via the tray icon results in a frozen Dexpot that must be killed manually. The Pager also doesn't respond.
In order to recover my opened windows on other desktops, I kill Dexpot in the task manager and restart it. However, once it's restarted, the Taskbar Pager doesn't load and the settings window is frozen like before.
STEPS TAKEN:
I've reinstalled Dexpot many times, using Revo Uninstaller to remove any traces that the program might leave, but I can always recreate the issue.
I can submit a log file if requested.
Many thanks for any help!
