Theme of windows

I like to use Dexpot to help my father who is visually impaired. He prefers to use the basic theme of Windows high contrast.
Is it possible that some offices are under this Theme and others on more conventional theme? thank you in advance

Why not have multiple user accounts?

Just to change the theme quickly. It was found that the high contrast theme masked some links on Web pages. I wanted my father to use second office in another high contrast to find his missing links.
