BSOD after Dexpot install

I installed Dexpot and got BSOD after restart. The same in Safe mode.
NB Thinkpad Z60m, 4 GB RAM, Win XP Prof SP3
PLEASE HELP !!!!

BSOD with error:

ok, does anybody know what files DExpot installs in windows folder ? Any drivers ? Others ?

Dexpot installs the VB Runtime.

hello,
no thats all. No other info...
I have tried to run boot logging to get know what component is bad but without success (no boot log generated, strange...
).
I'll try windows repair, and finally I should go through full WIn reinstall...
