Dexpot Forum

Hi there

The portable version of Dexpot (dexpot_158_portable_r1434.zip) doesn't work at all.
After extracting the archive and executing dexpot.exe a splash screen shows up and remains on the desktop until i click with the mouse on it. A process dexpot.exe*32 is visible in the windows task manager, taking 2056kb memory and thats it. Nothing happens, no program started, no tray icon or anything else.

Windows 7 HP x64 up to date
Administrator Account

System Specifications:

Intel i5-2500k
Nvidia GTX580

Any suggestions ?

My immediate questions would be:
Where (or what path) did you install the portable version?
Are you using an Anti-Virus program, and if so; which one?
Most important:
Did you Install the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Common Controls?
