How does one make a window sticky?

Like what the topic title says, I would like certain windows to appear on all desktops. Especially the sticky notes programme. Is there any way to do that?

Either create a "copy to all desktops" rule for the window, or add a sticky exception to the mywechsel.ini configuration file.
