Dexcube and SevenDex do not load

I have both Dexcube and SevenDex checked in Settings, but frequently they are off when Dexpot loads at Windows start, the checkmarks have disappeared, and I have to check them again.

Hi,

does the problem still occur if you exit Dexpot manually before shutting down Windows?

I don't know -- I will try shutting it down manually and see. Sometimes one of them will load -- when I booted up just now Dexcube was there, but not SevenDex.
