Greetings,
With Dexpot 1.4 on Windows XP SP3, I was able to set Desktop Rules to move Windows Explorer shell docked toolbars (like QuickLaunch) to another virtual desktop (ie. docked to the sides of the desktop (not on the taskbar)). With Dexpot 1.5.3 I cannot seem to have Dexpot move them - the rules that once worked no longer affect them, nor do any other rules which I have tried (eg. If Executable=Explorer.exe or All Windows, then Move to Desktop1).
I found that if Dexpot is started after Explorer.exe, the docked toolbars may be visible in all virtual desktops, however, if Explorer.exe is restarted while Dexpot is executed, the docked toolbars are sometimes hidden in the virtual desktops that have been configured to hide the taskbar.
As a feature request, could there be an option added to hide docked toolbars in Configure Desktops?
Thank you for creating Dexpot.
Dexpot Rules not working with Explorer docked toolbars
Re: Dexpot Rules not working with Explorer docked toolbars

you're right. Desktop Rules are currently disabled for the task-/toolbar.
Added as a suggestion for 1.6.

On the "Desktop Rules are currently disabled for the task-/toolbar."
Is there a way you could put in a selection on whether or not to disable the rules for the task-/toolbars?
I would prefer to be able to apply rules to the toolbars.
