Win x64 Word 2010 Not Moving using Menu

Moving Word 2010 using title bar menu with mouse right-click does not work.

does Dexpot move the window if you use a hotkey, Desktop Manager, etc.?

Moving the window using hot keys and Desktop manager is OK. I believe all Office 2010 Apps have the same problem. Tried both Word and Excel.
