does the wechsel.ini suport wild cards like * ?

i want to make al the exe stick to all desktops but keep the folders in its respective desktop, created a Desktop rule to copy all but its a bit bugged.

no. You may do that with a desktop rule. Please send me all the data I need to set-up the rule for you.
