Problems with minimizing applications to tray

I set right mouse click on Minimize window button to minimize application to tray. There are some problems.
1. If i minimize Mozilla Thunderbird or Mozilla Firefox, when i switch to other desktop and back, the application appears in normal state, whereas it still presents in the tray. I consider it a bug.

2. When i minimize Paint.NET, Dexpot minimizes all it child windows (Color, History, etc) separately, so i need to restore each those window. I think such behaviour is wrong because i set minimize application, but not active window.
