App shows up in Multiple Windows

1st, I love Dexpot. Thankyou!

Occasionally, I will see an app in two windows (when looking at the mini-windows). The app does open in the correct window as programmed when I start it, but later, it appears to be in 2 windows.
I can click on eather mini-window and will see the app. If I right click on the mini-window where it is not supposed to be and apply rules to this window, it goes away and only shows in the one mini-window where it is supposed to show.

I am using Windows vista Business with SP2. 4 gig memory.
