Question with the programs in the clock bar

Hi.
First sorry for my bad english, i mexican.
Well, i have a little question...
My operating system are Windows XP, so, how i move with desktop
the programs minimized on the clock bar?? Or dont exist this option?
I need to open the program in the desktop needed?
