Icons remain on main screen after move

I've just down loaded the latest version 1.4.2 build 691.
It seems to work OK on my Vista64 system, but on my XP machine, the icons I had wanted moved to other screens move there, but also still show on the main screen.
BTW, I stopped and uninstalled the old version of dexpot, since otherwise I get complaints from the installer, then installed the latest version.
After setting up the screens, I wanted to distribute my icons - I did notice that the icons don't disappear from the icon list, which IIRC, also happens on the Vista machine, but when I was done on my XP machine, the icons I had wanted moved to other screens still showed on a very crowded main screen, although they did also show on the screen I had wanted them on.
I am also pleased to see that the installation file now reflects the version and build. As well, when distributing the icons, the list does not completely scroll back to the mid point, as it used to. Keeping the current position visible is a great improvement, IMHO
A minor nit: scrolling the list up by one or two lines would be even better, so that one can see the next item in the list without further scrolling
