task bar isn't properly redrawn after desktop switching

Hello.
So, it would be good to permanently use your soft, but a problem makes it less comfortable.
- So, the problem is: physically taskbar apprears right (it behaves correctly responding mouse clicks), but graphically - not always - only in estimately 90-80% switches. Switching is done by keyboard shortcuts.
Examples:- See desktop 3:
And desktop 2:
Now i switch from desktop 2 to desktop 3:
See, active window taskbar entry is rendered right, but other stuff wasn't repainted. - Another sample, self-explainatory:
Machine has Windows XP SP3. - See desktop 3:
- Other thing i saw wrong - is when i hide taskbar, system tray and start button - doesn't see them, but on resize windows acts like items above aren't hidden and then i cannot make window "fullscreen":
Note: desktop color is black and taskbar is on a left.
But this is less major problem than previous.
