Quiet exit when resuming from standby or hibernation

Hi,
I happened to notice that sometimes, when waking my laptop up from standby (RAM alive, with the battery still on but everything is shutdown) or hibernation (nothing alive, no power on, the battery can be taken out of the laptop, but memory state is dumped to HDD), Dexpot is just dead. (I use standby and hibernate because it goes much faster that booting Vista from scratch each time.)

In those cases, the application has just exited and brought all windows to the current desktop. I realize it when I my mouse hovers over the VD buttons in system tray and the icons just disappear.

The weird thing is, it does not happen all the time...

I have the same thing happennig to me, Dexpot will quit without a sign on my laptop. Did not do that before, but I don't know when it started. I also use Vista's sleep, wich will make my laptop go to "suspend" or "hibernate", depending on the lenght of time elapsed. First thing I realize on resume is that Dexpot has quietly quited...

This is the only probleme I have with the current version. Great tool!

Hi, :dex:

can you post the Dexpot logfile for a suspend/resume cycle? Thanks.

Hi,

I've succesfully produced a log file that contains the error (hopefully). I'm not sure how to attach it here...
