Dexpot system menu not there for all windows. I am trying to right click on some windows, and the dexpot system menu randomly comes only for some windows

I am experiencing the same problem. I have Windows Vista 32 bit ultimate. The dexpot system menu does not appear when the frame title bar is clicked, or when right clicking in the task bar.

could you name windows that are affected by the problem? Did they run before or were they started after Dexpot?

If Dexpot runs as administrator, all windows not running with elevated permissions are affected.

Should I setup a Vista VM? I think so.
