icon starts on correct page but changes after restart

First off, I really like this program. Great features!
I'm running latest version in Vista Ultimate and using a program called Notezilla (electronic sticky notes).
I can create a note on any page and it stays there until I restart my system which then causes all notes to move to screen 1. As long as I don't restart (or hibernate) things are fine.
Any ideas?
