starting dexpot as restricted user don't work

I've installed the ptrogram as admin, but the program doesn't start automatically with windows when I'm restricted user. Nor I can launch the program as a restricted user. It gives me the following error:

The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000022). Click OK to terminate the application

If I load the program as admin, everything works fine...
What is the reason for this? Is there a way to bypass the aforementioned error (except load it as admin, of course...)? Could it be something in the registriy(I've looked through the registry, but didn't know what to find )?
Naturally, Start with windows.. feature doesn't work for restricted user, also.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I've had the same problem. Also dexpot really slows down my (brand new, dual core) Dell Latitude. I wonder if running as myself (limited account) would avoid the slow-down effect of running as Admin?
