after switch program windows doesn't appears correct

When switching from a desktop to an other desktop, the program windows doesn't appears correctly. Then, on that desktop, I press WINkey-D, everything minimalized, then WINkey-D again, everything shows without any problem.
It happens on different machines (vista or winxp, both).
Is there a solution for this ?
