Software without title

Hi, I have installed a new software and have 2 issues using with Dexpot.
1. It do not have Window title so I cannot apply rules to it, say put it in a particular virtual windows group
2. It appears in all virtual window group (other softwares do not perform like this). How do I assign it to a particular windows? Thanks.
