MouseEvents.exe making connections to localhost ports

MouseEvents.exe making connections to localhost port 54818, 54822, 54820, 54819, 54821, 5905 and others every 10 sec.

Why is this happening?

Was reading seems like someone made a post about this in 2013.

The answer already is in the topic you mentioned? "Has to be the Leap Motion software trying to connect to the Controller hardware."

Note that Leap Motion software is turned off its still making connections.

Similarly here with Dexpot 1.6.13, Build 2429.

"MouseEvents" plugin is enabled, option "Leap Motion" is disabled, but MouseEvents.exe its still making connections to 127.0.0.1:6438 every one second.
