Can Dexpot commands be run as a "execute" command of a rule?

For example, can i set a rule, which on creation of a window executes the "move window to next desktop" command?

Theoretically yes. Move window to next desktop is "dexpot.exe -command 321". But it might not always work as intended. The command acts on the currently active window, which could be different from the one that triggered the rule.
