I just installed Dexpot (http://dexpot.de/download/dexpot_169_r2285.exe) and a trojan has been installed on the computer at the very same second.
It has installed SearchProtect (C:\Program Files (x86)\SearchProtect)
I don't know if this is related to Dexpot (which is a nice software), but it is the only thing that has been installed on the computer for the past week at least.
It installs a chrome extension and seems to have a file scan also (in task manager)

Thanks,

Conduit Trojan
Re: Conduit Trojan

It's not a trojan. It can be removed through the Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Re: Conduit Trojan
,whatever your feeling is, it's not a trojan. Also, we've removed all super bugging toolbars from the ads list for 3 or 4 weeks now, leading to the conclusion the toolbar must have been installed by another setup (see 'uTorrentControl_v2' in your blog post).
