Dexpot causes constant, intermittent freezes in COD:BO2

I've test this by stopping and starting Dexpot, and then playing a match in the game.

COD:BO2 works fine when Dexpot isn't running.

Disabling Dexpot's "Run as administrator" option fixed this. :D
