What. The. Fuck?-Tech. Difficulties After Restarting Laptop

SPECS:

Laptop Brand: Toshiba

Type: Satellite 9750

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

Problem: Dexpot works fine after installing. It is the best virtual desktop manager I have ever had. The problem is that when I restart my laptop and log back into the Admin account, the desktop and taskbar freeze. I was able to move and interact with programs I had opened before it freezes. After freezing, I have to boot into safemode and restore to a restore point. Any help here?

Do you know for sure the problem was caused by Dexpot?

Did you have the "Start with Windows" option enabled in the settings? Otherwise Dexpot doesn't run at login by default.
