wrong desktop window after full screen

after using a full screen app i.e. a game or video player the window's from other desktops show up but cant be activated or dragged or clicked on. like a picture until i switch to corresponding desktop and switch back.
only happens after leaving a full screen application.

using 1.6.3 b.2167 (latest)

Do you have the option "Keep all taskbar buttons visible" enabled? Does the problem occur with Windows Media Player (so I can use that for testing)? What's your Windows version?

yes that was the issue, i had the "keep all taskbar buttons visible" enabled and when i disabled it it doesnt happen anymore.
when this is enabled (when the problem persist) it doesnt happen to WMP im guessing the problem is caused by the way itunes handles its own windows since it doesnt use windows active theme and has its own skin and different context menu and no title bar.

im gonna keep the option disabled for now since i cant afford to switch to any other player and wait for a fix.

im using Windows 7 x64.
