SAPGUI duplicates to all screens?

Hi!

I've recently installed you application to get control of the huge amount of windows on my screen. The idea is to have separate screens for sepeate goals. Communication, SAPGUI, Portal etc.

However SAPGUI duplicates itself onto every screen when I switch from the program. How do I fix this?
