Icon distribution

I checked FAQ's and posts and dn see an answer. I have all of my original desktop icons displayed on all of my Dexpot desktops.

I tried dragging as desired to the desktop manager; how to I get selected icons to desktop 1, 2, etc?

I opened Desktop Windows, selected the Icon tab and saw all my icons listed. I then dragged some to desktop 1 and left the rest on desktop 2 (I think). When I clicked the windows Align to Grid feature, all the icons which I thought I moved returned.

My Goal: I'd like 2 desktops - 1 with programs and 1 with folders.
Right now, both desktops show all of my icons.

they are rearranged automatically within some seconds. Please use the Dexpot equivalent of 'Align to grid' and 'Auto arrange' only.
